  So I was unsure about showing people work-in-progress stuff from Oro Platiado until it was finished, but since the premiere date isn't until next semester, I might as well start getting my ya-yas out now. For those of you not in-the-know, Oro Platiado is a pastiche / homage / satire of violent Spanish telenovellas and overwrought student films. Rodrigo Magallanes (Rafael Gaitan) plays a drug lord in Columbia with a heart of gold and an iron fist being pursued by a hard-boiled DEA agent who plays the violin (Adam Bowers).
